This workshop will show you how to transform a plain hessian bag using paper napkins and the decoupage technique. You will learn about working with the decoupage process onto hessian and fabric, the resources you need and how to avoid common mistakes. Once you have added your napkin design, you will also explore a variety of techniques for embellishing your bag. We are certain you will have had bags of fun by the end of this session.
